Dr. Madoka Callicutt
Growing up in Boulder, Colorado, I was lucky enough to have a variety of pets — everything from fish and rabbits to dogs and cats. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Michigan, where I also spent six wonderful months abroad in Scotland. During my time at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, I furthered my passion for wildlife through my involvement in the Wildlife Medical Clinic. Since graduating in 2014, I've enjoyed all aspects of general practice and getting to know my clients. Dr. Christine Mallo
My parents love to tell the story of how overwhelmingly happy I was when my family adopted our first puppy when I was five years old, and my excitement towards caring for animals has only grown since. I grew up in Mokena, Illinois (a southwest suburb of Chicago) and my undergraduate career was completed at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, where I graduated in 2012 with an Animal Sciences degree. I stayed at the U of I for another four years for veterinary school and recently graduated in May of 2016 with my Doctorate degree. My fiance made the trek to Wisconsin after our undergrad days and I am thrilled be starting my career as a Milwaukee resident and a member of the Mayfair Animal Hospital team this summer. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, attending concerts or sporting events, and most importantly, spending time with my furry best friend, Ramsey!
