Exotics

Many of our locations also see exotic pets! We recommend twice-yearly wellness exams for exotic pets. This is especially important for these critters as they are very good at hiding illnesses, especially in the early stages. Additionally, ensuring correct husbandry will prevent many diseases which can be costly to treat.

During your pet’s appointment, the doctor will do a complete physical exam, as well as have a thorough discussion about husbandry, to make sure your pet is as healthy as it can be. Many locations can also perform surgical procedures, including spaying/neutering, dental correction, abscess surgery, tumor removals, and many other procedures.

    Holistic Supplements

Animal health supplements are products intended to support normal biological structure and function in animals. Animal health supplements the not same as those for people! In many cases, supplements cannot be adequately metabolized for pets as they are in humans. There are many supplements that could even be harmful to your pet. We always recommend veterinary consultation to ensure the best health supplement fit for your pet. Our veterinarians are versed in providing appropriate holistic and health supplementation with a focus on both the efficacy and safety of treatment. Supplements have a low priority monitoring level with the FDA and may often contain inappropriate additives or inadequate levels of active ingredients. Our veterinarians utilize quality veterinary pharmaceuticals companies to provide top notch supplementation with a high degree of treatment success.
